Help! I'm getting too much Spam!!!

As you may know, we have recently invested in a new email solution to provide you with a better, more reliable and simplified experience. However, you may have noticed an increase in spam (junk emails) in recent days. This is simply due to the change in the way your email is handled with this state-of-the-art technology that we have upgraded to. Please read on...
With this new system, YOU have greater control over your email. Even if you have noticed an increase in junk mail over the past couple days, you will be pleased to learn that the new spam detection is much BETTER than the old one. You just need to tell it what to do!
If you do not want to see the spam messages, just log into webmail (online email interface) and change the settings to move junk mail into the new "Quarantine" folder or simply delete them.
If you use a program like Outlook Express to send/receive your email, any message rules and/or folders that you have set up will need only a small change to work correctly with this new service. Previously, junk mail was marked with "Spam:". Our new systems use "[SPAM]" (without the quotes).
